- Have been established as Ship Agency for Minimum 3 Years
- Required Minimum Two Reference of client presently doing business one from locally & one from outside of country.
- Member should be completed minimum 25 Ship Agency Job.
- Active & Stable Ship Agency Company with strong background

Rules & Policy
- Commitment to put as much business in the alliance as possible
- We can have LIMITED Members, ONE Country
- Fair and ethical business. Members in the same country will not chase each other's business
- Financial Nonperformance member will be black listed basis the case investigation result.
- Non Active Member will be disqualified from the alliance basis the complaint & evidence
- No Protection in Free Period Time.
- Neither the Member nor WSFA will be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations pursuant to these Rules if such delay is due to Force Majeure, where “force majeure” means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of WSFA’s Management and its members which results in the Member and/or WSFA being unable to observe or perform an obligation on time under these Rules.
Such circumstances shall include but shall not be limited to:
- Acts of God, lightning strikes, earthquakes, floods, storms, explosions, fires and any natural disaster; and
- Acts of war, acts of public enemies, terrorism, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, sabotage, revolution and Strikes.
- If a delay or failure of a Member to perform its obligations is caused or anticipated due to Force Majeure, the performance of that Party’s obligations will be suspended.

- [Step No. 2] After login, you must update your individual & company profile, name of services, location of services, branches, team details etc.
- [Step No. 3] Contact to Ruzave team on email : support@ruzave.com state in email about your interest to be WSFA Partner / Member.
- [Step No. 4] Upon request our team will review about availability & eligibility, Our team will be following up with certain questions and will stay in communication with you through the entire process.
- [Step No. 5] One form of application with rules & regulation sign required
- [Step No. 6] You will be informed when the request process is completed and your company has been accepted.
- [Step No. 7] Once your company is accepted for membership, you will be billed the agreed upon membership fee.
- [Step No. 8] After process completed, Member will be added to country / port list, announce company profile to the entire network, promoted globally.
