Wonder what’s on the ceiling?!?!
Good question – I better go check out! tee hee
…when you can be a great-looking table cat! Purrs…
Pshaw. Thank you!
We don’t think there’s any such thing as ceiling cat. We think all cats are angels. So, what do you see that’s so interesting?
Scooter: I will never tell.
Jobi agrees all cats are angels, even when they have their psycho-kitty moments.
It’s the one you stare at to make the human nervous! Don’t let them know!
That’s a good analysis, Mimi. Scooter asked the question and she is the only one who seems to have invisible visitors.
I have been wondering the same thing!
Everyone is always referring to the ceiling cat.
I don’t know if it’s like “Cod” or if it’s a nosy neighbor.
; ) Katie
I feel so much better! I hesitated to write that because I thought everybody else knew.
My Human says you have a great tummy going on there! I thinks I’d rather be a basement cat…basements always seem more interesting, especially when you’re not allowed in them.
Yes, the human has started to take note of it, too. A lot of it is just fluff, though. Really it is. – Scooter
It remains a mystery like most cats.
I can live with that! Thanks.
…when the floor is so warm and comfortable AND is where the food is. Have a purrfect Friday.
I will keep that in mind. Thanks!
The Great Arbiter of the Eternal Question: Eat or nap?
Haha – good answer!
I always thought ceiling cat lived on the roof… but I only hear squirrels running around there. And I really hope there is no ceiling squirrel! That would be kind of scary.
I sure would like to know who coined that phrase in the first place. The more I think about it, the more I think it is like when little kids have imaginary friends, only with cats, I am more apt to believe they are real, just not visible to the humans. It’s a little spooky, but cats are like that sometimes.
Yeah, the the hell IS a ceiling cat. I hear my furrends say “thank celing cat” but I don’t know what they mean.
That’s a new one to me. It sounds like it might be a religious expression to some. Very interesting!
