About ME

Hello everyone and welcome to my site. I am Fisher, the pet advice giving cat. I blogged with the help of my human for many years, and my advice column was published in the paper. Very exciting for staff person and me! But then, the newspapers started to cut back and so did I. I decided to leave for another plane and see what else is going on in the great big Universe. I did promise my staff person, though, that I would stay true to our cause and hover over her whenever I feel she needs my help. (Sometimes even if she does not – I can be a pushy old cat sometimes.)

Thank you all for visiting our site. Yes, it will always be “our” site, as long as I keep going. We had a great run at writing the advice column, and I will carry on with Fisher’s advice by way of the blog. We may get another column some day, or maybe not. I can tell you for sure, though, that Fisher and I are still partners in the muse. She will continue to mentor me, and I will continue to type everything she wants to say. She did promise me she would stick with me. She also mentioned she may send me a little upstart young Fisher to make sure to am not slacking too much. She reached me as a kitten because she was just plain stubborn. That never changed – and you can bet it is not going to change now!
