Hello everyone and welcome to my site. My blog is over a 3 years old and it is a great way for me to reach the vast community of critters – a pretty big idea for one small cat. There is so much to learn and tell about in the animal world and of course it always includes those critters who take us in and feed us and give us love. As my blog evolves, so do I. Life is great for me. I am meeting all sorts of beings and forming wonderful connections.

I am Fisher. Female. Black and White. Never married. Pisces. Living happily in St. Petersburg, FL. I have enjoyed life as a self-employed advice columnist and, happy to report, published! Critters I never met write letters asking for advice and I want to thank them all.

At this time I am on a hiatus from the newspaper gig, but please keep those letters coming. My advice will appear on my blog regularly, and who knows where it will go from there. Pretty exciting, don’t you think?

One of my favorite things is to find places to sleep where they usually can’t find me and for sure don’t interrupt my napping. I really love to think. I think a lot! That’s why I hide. To nap. And dream. Or to pretend I am sleeping so I can just think about things.

My home-mates are the Woman, the Man, and another very odd cat named Wart, and a new little sister named Scooter. Truth is, I do just love them all and spend a lot of my time trying to take care of them. Not such an easy task!

We listen to music a lot, and Nascar, and baseball. The Man and the Woman love spend time outside and sit and talk a lot. I listen, and I learn things.
